The venue hosting the event allows participants to stay and enjoy meals on site, making travel arrangements easier and, most importantly, allowing everyone to play almost without interruption!
If you would like to book a room at a special rate or enjoy the buffet meals provided during the event, you can contact the hotel directly after registering for IDEAG. When booking, mention the “IDEAG2027” promotional code to receive the special rates reserved for event participants.

Accommodation
The agreed room rates (per night, including breakfast) are as follows:
- €77 for a single room.
- €90 for a double room (€45 per person).
- €120 for a triple room (€40 per person).
A tourist tax of €4.00 per person, per night must be added to these rates.
The special IDEAG rates also apply to Friday and Sunday nights, allowing participants to arrive the day before or leave the day after the main playtesting sessions.
Meals
During IDEAG, lunch and dinner will be available at the hotel at special rates. To take advantage of these offers, you must book your meals directly with the hotel when reserving your room or in the days leading up to the event.

GETTING HERE
How to Get Here
Hotel Parma & Congressi, the venue hosting IDEAG, is easily accessible by car. It is located just 4 km from the Parma Ovest motorway exit, which can be reached via both the A1 and A15 (Autocisa) motorways.
By train
The nearest railway station is Parma railway station.
From the station, you can reach the hotel using local buses (route 23) or regional bus services. We recommend checking timetables in advance, as weekend connections may be limited. Many IDEAG participants travel by train.
By plane
The event venue is located roughly halfway between Milan Linate Airport and Bologna Airport.
