What’s Included in the Registration
A single registration covers the publishing company for the entire event. Only representatives who will actually attend may be included.

- Personalised name badge for venue access, for each registered representative.
- Three IDEAG booklets for each registered publishing company.
- Digital prototype catalogue, available from 7 January 2027.
- Opportunity to schedule meetings with game designers and playtest their prototypes.
- Access to Friday’s TalkG sessions.
- Opportunity to participate in IDEAG Night on Friday.
- Opportunity to participate in “La Cialtronata“, with separate registration required.
Would You Like to Present Your Own Prototype?
Publisher registration does not allow you to book a table to present your own prototypes. If you also wish to participate as a game designer, you must register separately through the Game Designer section.
REGISTRATION PROCESS
How to Register
Each publishing company submits a single registration. Include up to four representatives who will actually attend the event, rather than the company’s entire staff.

- Complete the publisher registration form. Enter the publishing company’s details and the names of the representatives attending.
- Choose your payment method. You can pay directly via PayPal or by bank transfer after registering.
- Keep your registration ID. You will need to include it as the payment reference if you choose to pay by bank transfer.

PRACTICAL INFORMATION
Accommodation & Meals
Event registration does not include accommodation or meals. To stay at voco by IHG – Hotel Parma e Congressi and book your meals, contact the hotel directly following the instructions on the dedicated page.
Important: Meals must be booked in advance. It will not be possible to book meals during the event.
